Is Google becoming evil?

Lately, Google has been doing some pretty bad stuff. Like they tried to get the government to make Microsoft allow Google search in their Vista desktop search. It's Microsoft's OS, and it's better being integrated into the system from Microsoft than Google's junkware sitting on it. Plus Vista desktop search is way better.

Another thing is stealing our privacy. Have you seen the Google Master Plan video? On YouTube. Here it is if you haven't seen it : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vOjoReSZg...

It's pretty graphical, and tells how Google is starting to take over the world. I can't trust a web search giant that wants to steal our privacy. Or keep it. So I got tired of Google and I tried some alternatives. Live Search is pretty awesome in my mind. I might switch to it completely soon. It seems as relevant as Google in most parts. So I'll have to say 'hasta la vista google. It's time to move on.'

So do you think Google is (becoming) evil?

Is Google becoming evil?
**** google
Reply:I meant to pick your answer, but I didn't have time to. Report It

Reply:Microsoft Zealot. Report It

Reply:Microsoft is way more evil than Google. Report It

Reply:Probably not. Although i saw that video, chances are it isn't true. I use gmail to email my friend in canada and i haven't discovered any glitches. Of course, I use a firewall. Besides, in 2005, google was the 2nd most trusted brand.

Although its convenient to put blame on a company, it just works out that in order to rise above the competition, you must be assertive, like Microsoft and Walmart. Regardless of whether Google is evil or not, any self-aware person can protect themselves from identity theft or stolen personal information
Reply:Ewwww
