People in Canada, do they see regular, US, Google search results? People who live in Canada, does their Google default to Google.ca or is it Google.com?

i'm from Montreal in Canada Qc State and when we use google it turn to google.ca automatic
the results its the same but the canadian site first

I think Google check yr IP address and the decide which to display
